2 bunches of Broccoli Rabe
16 oz of a short/chunky pasta (bow tie, corkscrew, ect)
1/4 c. +2 TBSP olive oil
6 garlic cloves
1/2 TSP red pepper flakes
Grated hard cheese
Wash the broccoli raab and cut it into bite size pieces (roughly the same size as your pasta), discarding the stalks. Bring salted water to a boil, then add the pasta. Once your pasta has five minutes of cooking time left, add the broccoli raab into the pot of cooking pasta. Using a food processor or blender, blend the garlic, oil, and red pepper flakes, then transfer to a small pot and heat on the stove top. Drain the pasta and raab well, adding it to a large bowl, then pour the garlic oil sauce over top. Grate some fresh hard cheese over the bowl, serve warm.
