Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower ‘Wings’

If this recipe doesn’t turn fussy cauliflower eaters into cauliflower lovers- nothing will. 
 
1 c. milk (almond, soy, dairy)
1/2 c. flour (I used whole wheat- next time I will make it with white instead)
1/4 c. Panko break crumbs
2 TSP garlic powder
1 head of cauliflower cut into small pieces
2/3 c. of your favorite wing/hot sauce
1 TBSP olive oil
 
In a bowl whisk together the milk, flour, Panko, and garlic powder. Dredge the cauliflower pieces in the mixture and place them in a shallow glass baking dish and bake at 450 degrees for 18 minutes. In the meantime, combine the sauce and oil. When the cauliflower pieces are done, take them out and toss them in the sauce and oil mixture. Place back in the oven and bake for another 5-8 minutes. Serve with blue cheese or ranch on the side for dipping!
