This week at the Fruitful Field

Just because it’s a weekday doesn’t mean great stuff doesn’t get done. Here are some volunteer highlights from the week.

Chris fixed and revamped our irrigation system– better pressure means better watered plants and less water wasted.

George and Will continued work on the Tea in the Garden funded pergola, stop by and see the progress- it’s impressive!

Flavio and Brian worked at getting the permaculture based papaya circle excavated and planted– note the soaker hose and lots of mulch for water efficiency.
